Recruit, build, and lead a team of advisors by motivating them through career presentations, support in the hiring process, and constant guidance throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that all advisors are equipped with skills and knowledge that are required to accomplish all tasks under the company-prescribed practices.
• Set personal and team targets that are achievable and at par with the company standards.
• Encourage attendance in Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities.
• Monitor daily activities and performance. • Establish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency of work.
• Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
FINANCIAL ADVISOR
• Must possess Bachelor’s / College degree.
• Must be willing to go through the process of becoming a coded advisor.
• Must be willing to take the Insurance Commission examinations.
• With prior managerial experience and expertise from any industry.
• Must have strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must be able to learn fast and execute required output within the given time.

Commission Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
